Summary: Detail-oriented team player wanted. You will start with administrative tasks and learn industry-specific skills, including reading blueprints sufficiently to discuss and negotiate with customers and suppliers, and understanding manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Maintaining office schedules and tracking task completion across multiple departments
Order entry, tracking, client communications, and problem resolution
Project follow-up / parts chaser for customer and internal inquiries
Organize and process RFQ/RFPs with customers and vendors
General office tech support for a variety of machines & systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Summary: Various accounting tasks, including payroll, time keeping, reconciling accounts, and accounts receivable/payable.
Summary: Create CNC programs using CATIA V5 from 2D blueprints and produce CAD redrafts/models to support machining requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient in Mastercam
Minimum 5 years machining background
Program/set up and operate CNC mill with Fanuc control to very close tolerances
Read, understand, and interpret drawings with true position / geometric tolerance callouts
Perform first article and in-process inspection on parts programmed and machined
Summary: Perform inspection and testing of aerospace parts, assemblies, and materials for conformance to engineering requirements and specifications using customer blueprints, test equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Work closely with programmers and Quality Assurance to create, modify, and report First Article Inspection Reports; familiarity with AS9100 forms.
Software familiarity: SolidWorks, Mastercam, or AutoCAD
Inspection tools may include:
Gages (height, plug, ring, block, etc.)
Optical comparator
Surface plate
CMM (currently with VDMIS software)
Calipers, micrometers, etc.
Primary responsibilities:
Review production documentation, vendor certifications, and test reports for compliance
Approve or reject parts and prepare inspection reports
Summary: Work with mills and Fanuc controls. Must know Mastercam and be able to edit programs. Set up of 3 & 4 axis.

General Requirements
U.S. Citizen
Fluent in English (2nd language in Vietnamese is optional but not required)
1 year aerospace experience (Office)
3 years aerospace experience (Machinist)
5+ years aerospace experience (Programmer or Quality Inspector)
